[iRail] Launching spitsgids: providing you with a seat during rush hours

We're using the query logs of iRail as a travel flow indication. Check the
presentation at the bottom of the page at https://spitsgids.be!

Thank you for your analysis! That's also more or less what we have in mind.
We hope that we will be able to get to our goal and put these ideas to
action :)
