[iRail] iRail downtime

Hi all,

You have probably already noticed our downtime since yesterday 22:00. 
This is due to a DoS attack on our hosting provider Linode. You can read 
more about it here: http://status.linode.com/incidents/mmdbljlglnfd

We are very sorry about this. There is not very much we can do 
ourselves. Skyscrapers (http://skyscrape.rs), who provides us managed 
hosting, is in contact with Linode and we hope to resolve these issues 
as soon as possible.

When issues  are resolved, we will analyse what we can do to guarantee a 
better uptime together with skyscrapers.
