[iRail] Changes to the logs API coming soon

Hi all,

Starting this evening I'd like to launch a small breaking change in 
http://api.irail.be/logs. The API will start to return a JSON array 
instead of separate objects.

Next to that, we are working on a platform as part of 
https://spitsgids.be, that will be integrated with the API, so that you 
will be able to retrieve historic logs, historic delay announcements and 
alerts and real-time and historic "how busy is my train" predictions.

Stan, Serkan and Arne, in CC, are going to be working for 4 weeks during 
Open Summer of code 2016 (http://summerofcode.be). If you'd like to 
visit/help coaching them as they are working near Brussels North 
station, drop me a line!
