[iRail] Job positions in open data not being filled in

Hi all,

I have 2 open positions at imec to work on open data:

It’s currently very hard to find people willing to work on Open Data 
publishing for a living. Any ideas how to find the right people? Is 
there anyone in your network that might be trained to work on Open Data?
