[iRail] Call for ideas for route planners

Hi all,

At open Summer of code 2019 we are going to prove that the new iRail 
datasets for the 4 PTOs are incredibly easy to adopt for the many. 
Therefore, 9 students are going to create 3 route planners based on 
crowd sourced ideas.
