Hi Rufus,

Just to say that I spent a little time cleaning up the 
TestSubversionPlugin class.

There is now no difference between my copy of the files, and the repository.

Also, just for fun, I changed the plugin config file to take paths to 
any installed Python module.

There are now 92 tests, which are all passing OK.
