Dear John,

Just like to start scheduling the next development meeting to which 
everyone is welcome. Jo has said she'd like to participate and as this 
would be her first proper look at the project it would be good to do 
this face to face.

This means arranging a day when all 3 of us are here in Cambridge. Given 
Jo's location and itinerary (i think she's away until next week) i'd 
suggest either of:

   Saturday May 14th
   Weekend of May 21st
