[kforge-dev] Submitting a talk for europython

Europython takes places this year July 3-5 at CERN near Geneva:

I was thinking it might be worth submitting a proposal to talk about 
KForge: what the motivation was (KnowledgeForge), what problems we 
encountered, what external frameworks/libraries we used ...
