[kforge-dev] Django's trainling slash

Django's insistence on adding a trailing slash to all urls causes this 
problem:

When a browser is returned to a Trac wiki page after being redirected 
for log in, because Django adds a trailing slash to urls and because the 
return url is appended to the login url, Trac reports that it does have 
a page for "WikiWord/".

I blame Django! :-) But I'll think about a fix....
