[kforge-dev] removing unnecessary duplication in project registration fields

Currently when you register a project you need to enter information in 
both a purpose and description field (I think this is a hang-over from 
GForge). In my own experience so far all I've ever done is repeat the 
same stuff so it would seem sensible to remove this duplication and just 
have a single field. Anyone think this is a bad idea?
