[kforge-dev] Ticket #44 (enhancement closed): KForge service runs on a single virtual host

Closing as now have support for running KForge in a single vhost ([r1127][1] and ff.) and for mounting under a prefix ([r1155][2]). Though note that (as yet) we do not have support for changing url structure arbitrarily and have, in contrast to suggested layout above: 

    host/
      /baseurl
        /login
        /logout
        /admin # system administrator admin
        /project/ # project administration
          /members/
          /services/
        # project services all projects listed under here
        /{p-name}/ # default index page listing links to all the services
          /{service-1}
          /{service-2}
