Moved existing domain model work around to fit pylons layout and made various associated changes to get tests passing again (problems with db connection). 

  * trunk/development.ini: set dburi 
  * trunk/ckan/cfg.py: remove as config now in development.ini 
  * trunk/tests: move to 

    * trunk/ckan/tests/models 
    * trunk/ckan/tests/models/model_test.py 

      * make various changes to reflect module movements 

  * trunk/ckan/model.py: move to 

    * trunk/ckan/models/package.py: make various changes to reflect module movements and new way to get dburi 

  * trunk/ckan/models/init.py: import package.py
