Add package read action. 

  * ckan/tests/functional/test_package.py: add 2 new read tests and modify list test 
  * ckan/controllers/package.py: add read action 
  * ckan/templates/package/list.html: packages in list now link to that packages read page 
  * ckan/templates/package/read.html: new read template to list package attributes
