Record and view a log of changes such as: 

  * Project creation/deletion 
  * Person creation/deletion 
  * Service creation/deletion (and perhaps renames) 

Having a log is slightly different from our existing notification service though the two are related: 

  * With a log, notification is easy 
  * Notifier could be adapted to do logging 

Details 

  * Propose log go in domain model/db so it is easily searchable and accessible from WUI 
  * Could present this information on site and/or project front pages - cf. [ticket:77][1]
