Hmmm, well that must be down to the the umask settings for the user you 
installed with or perhaps to easy_install. That certaintly doesn't occur 
on any of the machines I've used. Anyway glad it is fixed.

OK, that is strange. What version of Apache, mod_python and python are 
you using?
