[kforge-user] Trouble with Apache settings

Hi Guys,

I found the issue ... I had to enter the fully qualified domain name as the domain in kforge.conf in order for the cookie to be set properly. I'll just add a redirect for the short version of the domain and I think I'll be in business.

Thanks for all your help / patience!
Also, it might make everyone feel a little better to know that the kforge software worked perfectly, I just had problems with Apache ... go figure :-)

Thanks again,

Ty

Hi Rufus,

I know the session issue is kind of ambiguous, but unfortunately I don't have much experience with python up to now so I'm not really able to guess passed that ... sorry for that.

Here is my kforge.log after a fresh restart or everything:

You can see where I successfully logged in as admin.
After logging in I immediately clicked on the admin link to manage the account but I was prompted to login.

The error logs are all empty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ty

Glad to hear that is sorted.

Sounds like an unusual issue and its difficult to know what is happening
here exactly. Perhaps take a look at the kforge main and apache log
files (location is set in kforge.conf).

Regards,

Rufus
