I'm sure Rufus will be able to give you the full url story. It's quite 
flexible now, not sure if its documented, but all the urls are now 
centralised in this module:
http://project.knowledgeforge.net/kforge/trac/browser/trunk/src/kforge/url.py

BTW, I think the KForge Guide is also for 0.13....
