:-) Erm, I haven't created a moinmoin service recently.... :-)

I believe it works, but you do need to have:

1. the moinmoin system installed,
2. a [moin] section in your kforge.conf,
3. to create a plugin object for moin.

Then it should work. You can read documentation and instructions for the 
moin plugin here:

As we've said, we're going to polish these plugins for the 0.15 release. 
The basic functionality is there, but we realise there are a few 
usability snags.

Of course, if you do have any trouble with moin, do report what 
happened, what you expected, etc.
