[kforge-user] Unable to register a new project

Hi,

My name is Arpad Fekete, I registered on knowledgeforge.net
with the nickname arpiseco, because I wanted to create
a port of part of my (fecowebs.ourproject.org) project there
with the same nickname (arpiseco).

However, the system didn't allow me to do that. (Access Denied.)
Can you help me register my project on knowledgeforge.net,
or is there some reason why I was not allowed there?

(I'm from Hungary...)
