Dear Matthew,

As discussed yesterday you'd managed to uncover an 'edge-case' 
bug/feature in the knowledgeforge code relating to the order in which 
services are added into the apache config. This bug/feature has now been 
dealt with (see [1]) and the dav service should now be fully functional.

Regarding documentation please see:

which provides a link to a fairly detailed `Kforge Guide'.
