Sorry for the delay in replying.

Yes, we have not enabled the mailman plugin on knowledgeforge, and, at
least for the present, do not have plans to do so as mailman is a
system we don't wish to have to support on the knowledgeforge host.

If you require mailing lists we suggest using a service such as google groups.
