[public-lod2] Public Contracts Ontology release + request for comments

Dear all,

we have released the Public Contract Ontology [1], an ontology for
modelling public procurement for the LOD Cloud. More information can
be found in the associated blog post [2].

Any feedback, questions or requests for enhancement for the ontology
would be very welcome either directly in the Google Code repository
[3] or in the this mailing list.
