Additionally, I note without judgement that the OKD's "free"
counterpart, the Definition of Free Cultural Works, considers
may-not-imply-endorsement a permissible restriction; see
http://freedomdefined.org/Permissible_restrictions#Attribution_of_authors_.2F_No_Endorsement

I intend to ping the mostly dormant FCW list about increased OD
activity, perhaps will do so after a bit of discussion re
no-endorsement clauses here.
