Emeritus Open Definition Advisory Council member (and lots of other
stuff) John Wilbanks has a nice editorial in Nature arguing for CC-BY
as minimum freedom needed for OA. In his annotated version
http://del-fi.org/post/46445456345/a-fools-errand-annotated he cites
the Open Knowledge Definition.

Probably nothing new for most subscribers to this list, but a nice
statement to share with the not-already-informed. :)
