[od-discuss] Open Definition 2.1 final draft

I have to say I thought the current wording that Mike is quoting here was
pretty good and was the result of previous consideration of this very
issue. Maybe there is some tweaking there but I'd like to see us retain the
clarify and simplicity of what is already there if possible.
