[odc-discuss] Citing Open Data in a book

Hi Patty,

Strictly this will be a question for the specific OSM project since the
exact citation format is flexible. However what you suggest seems
reasonable though it may be worth checking the OSM FAQs and pinging the
relevant OSM list if they have specific guidance for citation format.
