[ogdcamp] Satellite Workshop Venues and Facilities

Hi Tim and all,

If you have updates you'd like made to your satellite event on the OGDcamp
page, please send them to me, and I'll put them up right away on the site.
Would be great to keep that page updated with as much new information as
possible.
