[ogdcamp] Inviting participants from countries close to Poland to #ogdcamp 2011?

Dear Jonathan,

I have asked my collegues at Projekt: Polska to send invititations out to their contacts in Belarus and Ukraine.  I have also sent the invite to: (i) Andriy Shevchenko, member of the Ukrainian parliament, who pushed thru their PSI legislation, (ii) Veleriu Nemerenco & Denis Baczejev from the Moldovian Digital Center and to (iii) Giorgi Vashadze, deputy Minister of Justice responsible for their gove data registry project (cra.gov.ge)
