[ogdcamp] [open-government] Countries for OGDCamp

Who is the admin for that Crowdmap? Using Ushahidi is quite a neat way
to go, although Crowdmap uses quite an old version.

I've used Ushahidi quite a bit and would happy to help getting the
configuration settings correct.
