[ok-scotland] 2nd LOD Conference, 21st September

The 2nd Linked Open Data Conference is next month: "Opening Library Linked
Data to National Heritage: Perspectives on International Practice".

Organised by the Cataloguing and Indexing Group Scotland, this has great
speakers including Richard Wallis of OCLC, representatives of the Spanish
and French National Libraries, and OKFN's very own Daniel Lewis!
