[okfn-advisory] New CEO is selected and will be announced this week [Confidential]

Hi All,

*NOTE: as we have not announced this publicly this information is still
confidential :-)*

I'm delighted to say that the final steps of the process are complete and
Open Knowledge's new CEO is Pavel Richter, formerly CEO of Wikimedia
Germany (note we have ultimately determined that we should use the title
CEO due to potential legal meaning of ED in the UK).

We plan to *announce this publicly at some point this in the next few days*
and will obviously update as soon as that happens.

Pavel will start "on-boarding" with us now and will be full-time from the
1st June. As we are just going through induction process he is not yet on
the list but I hope he will be very soon and at that point people can wish
him well.

In the mean time, I want to say how absolutely delighted I am about this
appointment and what it means for the future of Open Knowledge.
