[okfn-advisory] Update on ED Recruitment

I note there is an AB member on the selection panel who is also the
community representative: Daniel Dietrich.

I should note he wasn't specifically selected as a representative of the AB
but as a community representative (there was a process for selecting this).

@Daniel: perhaps you want to speak more on this.
