Happy to help :) Even by proxy ;) The new Egov and digital economy policy
is the most recent policy of note, but a lot of this goes back to the Gov
2.0 Taskforce Report for digital open gov, and prior to that with FOI foo.
See also the work by the office of the Australian information commissioner.
Am on my mobile atm so links tricky but that should help. See the
declaration of open government too, an outcome from the gov 2.0 taskforce
report.
