[@OKau] Good governance and active citizenship require open data

Looks cool Cobi, awesome to see so much being published on this subject at
the moment :)

I'm happy to repost on the OKAU blog as soon as I have time today. I'm flat
out catching up on stuff so if anyone else beats me to it then that would
