'Intelligent Data Management' sound like one of those buzz phrases to me,
like 'Government 2.0' or 'evidence-based policy'.

If it's not intelligent, it's not data management. It's simply data
collection and storage - activities rather than strategies.

However given that 'Intelligent Data Management' is a three-word slogan, it
may attract some interest politically.
