I'll assume you are referring to the Australia Post shop fronts rather than
Australia Post postcode boundaries data, in which case this can be
extracted from OpenStreetMap data (although it would be missing some
locations) using an overpass query such as this one
http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/9sp which can then be exported to various
formats.
