[@OKau] Basic overview

Hi all,
I finally got an overview of the OpenAus site into a PowerPoint file which is available on the about page. The presentation focuses on BudgetAus, tenders & grants data, leaving out charities and political entitlements. 
Includes link to Suelette Dreyfus' talk on information asymmetry which is worth a listen & a good starting point for discussions about what the public ought to be able to find out about government spending.
