OK I've submitted this proposal:

The Open Knowledge miniconf, organised with the help of members of Open

Accepting talk ideas now! Let me know if you're interested! Obviously the
miniconf isn't confirmed yet, but the sooner we get some ideas together,
the better! Hobart should be *lovely* at that time of year!
