Is there anyone considering representing Australia at the IODC16 in Madrid in October this year?

Having considered the conference report last year from Canada<http://1a9vrva76sx19qtvg1ddvt6f.wpengine.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/opendatacon-report-en-web.pdf> it might be worth either showcasing some of the great work in Australia or comparing with what the rest of the world is up to.
