[okfn-be] The DataTank v1.0 released

Dear OKFN-BE,

you might have heard of it or you might not but on monday december, 5th the
first version of The DataTank was released.

The DataTank is an open source framework which enables Open Data
initiatives to open up their data in common web formats such as JSON, XML
and RDF. It's primary and ultimate goal is to provide a tool which takes
your data through the ﬁve stars of open data according to Tim Berners-Lee.

For some this probably sounds like some technical mumbu jumbo but basically
the project can help us to open up data more quickly and easily so we can
start playing with it and make some good use cases.
