[okfn-be] Apps For X

Hi everyone,

We are doing some Apps For X events (next one is Apps For Flanders:
http://appsforflanders.be, a student hackathon in September). We are
setting up a new site and new API each time (Apps For Ghent, Bruges,
Leuven, Antwerp, Flanders...).

Wouldn't it be better to just have one site Apps For X which combines
all that? Gives us less maintaining work and it's clearer that the
organisation behind it is the same.
