[okfn-be] Bylaws

Hi everyone,

Last Friday I tried to go to the "griffie" (commercial court), to hand
in our bylaws. Apparently we had to print all the bylaws on blank paper
first, and we needed only 3 copies on the normal template. Also, you
need to pay 15?.??€ upfront (no cent more or less) and show the proof of
this on paper.

As I totally understand that our bylaws got rejected for these very
important reasons, I will try to go back in 2 weeks, as the griffie is
only open from 9 to 12 on a working day. This is completely
understandable as well, because between 9 and 12 everyone is naturally
in the mood for standing in line for 1 hour.

Luckily, the woman behind the desk was so kind to tell me, in a rather
cold voice, that all this was clearly indicated on their website.
