[okfn-be] A new name for the iRail Summer of code

Hi all,

iRail is all about open transport, summer of code isn't any longer. On 
top of that, a lot of people have been arguing that "summer of code" is 
too confusing because of Google Summer of code.

There are a couple of alternatives, so let's vote.
