[okfn-be] Open Data Census updates

Hi Philippe and Philippe,

Thanks for joining the conversation - sounds like really interesting
projects across the board!

Would one (or both) of you like to join the effort in getting the Open Data
Census up to date? This is a short-term task as we are looking to get it
fully updated within the next week. Also, more long term, we're are looking
to appoint an Open Data Census Editor for Belgium - which includes keeping
an eye on the Belgian submissions and making sure they're up to date. Would
be great to have you join that?

Anyone else on this thread is also heartily welcome!
