[okfn-be] A chance to work with OKFN Belgium - Chest Project

Hi List,

So far we didn't get any response to this... Can you please help to 
spread this in your network? I'm sure some people would love to do their 
voluntary work full-time for some time for a nice EUR6k instead :-)
