[okfn-be] Examples of open data reuse in Belgium

Hi all,

It's that time of the year again: people are asking us to show evidence 
that open data in Belgium results in economic added value. Of course 
it's early days, but I'm sure we already have some examples of small 
cases where we've done something with open data, or we've seen other 
organisations reuse open data.

Could you add a URL and a short description to what you're thinking of 
over here?
