[okfn-be] Sharing & Reuse Awards 2019 contest – proposal for online partnership

Dear Open Knowledge Belgian Members,
My name is Kamelia Nikova and I am contacting you on behalf of the European Commission, DG DIGIT, regarding the Commission’s initiative - Sharing & Reuse Awards 2019<https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/collection/sharing-and-reuse-it-solutions/sharing-reuse-awards-2019>.
Now in its second edition, the contest will honour exceptional work in the development of IT solutions (shared services or open source software) by or for public administrations. Along with great visibility and recognition for the innovative and impactful IT solutions, prizes of €15,000 are envisaged for the winners and €10,000 for the runners-up.
I believe that some of our communication activities pursue similar purposes and shared target audiences and therefore would be eager to discuss a potential partnership between Open Belgium and Sharing & Reuse Awards contest.
What we can propose initially and discuss further:

  *   Publishing a short description, photo and link for Open Belgium on Joinup platform<https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/> – both as a news item and upcoming event
  *   Tweeting/retweeting about your event from ISA2<https://twitter.com/EU_ISA2> and Joinup<https://twitter.com/Joinup_eu> accounts (content to be agreed with you beforehand)

In return, we would appreciate if you could promote the Sharing & Reuse Awards in the following ways:

·         Publish short description, photo and link for the awards on your website/newsletter and /or in your email exchanges with the attendees

·         Post about the awards from your Facebook/Twitter (number of posts, frequency, and content to be agreed with you beforehand)

·         Display a promotional roll-up for the awards in the conference room or the networking area

I am including information about the awards that can be used as a resource and further disseminated throughout your networks, should you be interested in this partnership.
