[okfn-br] ideas for projects in the Brazilian chapter

Hi, all!

I've added the following ideas regarding projects we could undertake under
the label of a Brazilian chapter of the Open Knowledge Foundation.
Basically, I think we should take a look at the current undergoing OKFn
projects, and try to see which ones could benefit from Brazilian content.

In regards to open literature and the public domain:

   1. "Observatório do Domínio Público" or something to that effect (like
the Public Domain Review, could watch for the content on the Brazilian
Public Domain Portal, and provide public domain calculators)
   2. Open Machado de Assis (literary notes using Annotator, in similar
fashion to Open Shakespeare)

If you have other ideas don't hesitate to discuss them here and post them
on the wiki.

Adicionei as seguintes ideias a respeito de projetos que poderíamos
conduzir sob a égide de um capítulo brasileiro da Open Knowledge
Foundation. Inicialmente, acho que poderíamos ver os projetos em andamento
na OKFn, e ver quais deles poderiam se beneficiar de conteúdo brasileiro.

Em relação a literatura livre e o domínio público:

   1. "Observatório do Domínio Público" ou algo assim (tal como o Public
Domain Review, poderia observar o conteúdo do Portal do Domínio Público, e
fornecer calculadoras de domínio público)
   2. Machado de Assis Livre (notas literárias usando o Annotator,
semelhante ao Open Shakespeare)

Se vocês tiverem mais ideias, não hesitem em discuti-las aqui ou postá-las
na wiki.
