[okfn-br] Fwd: Local chapter of Open Knowledge Foundation in Brazil

Hi, Lucy and Tom!

I'd love to discuss this at Warsaw as well, but I *still* don't have a
confirmation from superiors in the Ministry that I'll be able to go. This
makes me greatly ashamed, since I'm in the conference steering comittee as
well and Daniel Dietrich has already reserved a slot in the OGD Camp for my
talk. I'd pay myself for the trip if there was no other way and I could
afford it, but even then, as a civil servant, I'd need an official
authorization to go abroad anyway.

Anyway, we will have a room where we can discuss this during the National
Open Data Meeting Brasília as well. In case I can't go to Warsaw, I'll catch
up with you all (Friedrich, Tom, Pedro, Daniela and anyone else interested)
there.
