[okfn-br] Translations: OpenSpending

Hi All,

I'm pleased to announce that the OpenSpending.org software is almost
settled for its next release.

For those who haven't heard of the project - OpenSpending.org has the very
ambitious aim of attempting to map out every government transaction in the
world - budgetary and spending.

We'd love to see the next version come out in Portuguese to make it
accessible for the Brazilian crowd. If anyone would be interested in
helping out with the translation, please drop me an email and I'll help you
get started!
